If you sail, you can't help but enjoy Eileen's music. She sings songs that cruisers and even 'normal people' will often enjoy. Check out her live appearance schedule and her available CD recordings at her website.
This link will take you to the website of Beth Leonard and Evans Starzinger. They are sailing the world aboard their sailboat, s/v Hawk. For some serious and USEFUL cruising information check it out. Beth is an excellent and highly readable writer. Her 'Voyager's Handbook' is the only cruising handbook that I have ever read cover to cover and thoroughly enjoyed.
For a variety of cruising guides and other cruising related books, check out this website.
This is Kathy Parsons's website. She writes excellent 'language guides for boaters who travel.' You don't have to speak the language to use the book. If you need technical terms such as engine, boat, or refrigeration parts, in French or Spanish these books are probably the only place you'll conveniently find it. They're great!
This site has books by both Charles Kanter and his wife, Corinne Kanter. From cookbooks to catamaran cruising, they cover it.
Marti Brown is a USCG master, a nurse practitioner, and a HF radio expert. For information on her books and seminars check out her website.

Canada's largest retailer of nautical books. Check it out.
These guys sell the KISS wind generator (in addition to carrying lots of other boat stuff, my book, and many other good books) which I can personally vouch for. People are always stopping by and saying "How come we can never hear your wind generator?" My response is "Why would you (or I) ever want to?"
As its name inidicates, this is a website dedicated to the coastal cruiser. Lots of good information here. It should be especially of interest to people who are in the planning and dreaming stages. Check it out!
One of the biggest retailers of cruising and boating related books, guides, charts, etc.
If you have a website that would be important or of special interest to cruisers with pets, please send your idea to me at:

A little help here?
My friend Bill, who has single-handed for several years, maintains this excellent cruising website. Here you can get a taste of what the 'typical' cruising life is really all about. Check it out, especially the log.
